Technical Concept

Thanks to precise tension control, the wire remains consistently tensioned throughout the winding process, minimizing wire breakage and winding defects.
The winding machines feature variable speed control, allowing different wire materials (e.g. enameled copper wire, special alloys) and various spool geometries to be processed. Control is provided via a digital PLC unit with a touchscreen panel, enabling flexible parameterization of winding speed, winding pattern (e.g. cross or layer winding) and tension control.
